What I do

Leading change

I help start and guide change: a new strategy that has to make it out of the boardroom, or a new way of working, with or without AI.

The first question is rarely the real one, so that's where I start. 'Problem before Prompt' in practice:
  1. Name the real question. I get the truth on the table, in every layer of the organisation, including everything that isn't on the slides.
  2. Translate it into how the work runs. Who does something differently on Monday morning, and why?
  3. Then the solution. A results-driven plan, and workshops where teams build their own new way of working.

The change no longer rests on a few shoulders at the top, which lightens the load on leadership.

Coaching

An advisor tells you what to do. A mentor tells you what they did. As a coach, I do neither. You're the expert on your own work and life; I ask the questions that help you think further than you would on your own, and I hold the space in which you find your own answer.

That's what makes it stick: the answer is yours. Coaching fits when you're at a crossroads, or feel stuck with the people around you. ICF-certified, in English and Dutch.
